while in nj, e made a pit stop (or two) at philippine bread house. YUM. waiting for me when i came down to the kitchen this morning was some super yummy ensaymada ube, plain ensaymada, hopia mongo and ube bread. man, i love me some purple yam.
breakfast of coffee and ensaymada ube? perfection.
